Joe Biden, finally announced on Tuesday that he will be running for a second term in office, joined by Vice President Kamala Harris as his running mate.
Earlier in the past, Joe Biden, the 46th President of the United States, was elected in 2020 after defeating the incumbent President Donald Trump in a highly contested election.
Likewise, the next United States Presidential Election – 2024, is scheduled for November 5, 2024.

Biden tweeted, “Every generation has a moment where they have had to stand up for democracy. To stand up for their fundamental freedoms. I believe this is ours. That’s why I’m running for re-election as President of the United States. Join us. Let’s finish the job,”.

A Statement released by Vice President Kamala Harris, stated, the 2024 Presidential Election a “Pivotal Moment In Our History.”. Giving full credit to the Presidency, She said, “For two years we have made transformational investments to build a nation in which everyone can be Safe and Healthy, find a good Job, and Retire with dignity”

Biden‘s re-election campaign will face challenges. He may also face criticism from opponents for his policies, his age, or his leadership style. However, his Experience and Track Record in Public Service, having served as a Senator for over 35 years and as Vice President under President Obama, will be an advantage.
