WALMART and POST CONSUMER BRANDS is being sued by Master P and Snoop Dogg, a notable figure in the hip-hop music Industry.

Their law suit is based on accusations of intentional obstruction to selling their cereal brand Snoop Cereal.

Snoop Cereal Case : Allegations of Sabotage and Underhanded Dealing

The lawsuit alleges that Snoop Dogg and Master P owned company BROADUS FOODS filed this complaint. BROADUS FOODS has filed this lawsuit against WALMART and POST CONSUMER BRANDS Company. Both, WALMART and POST CONSUMER BRANDS company allegedly employed illegal strategies to prevent consumers from accessing Snoop Cereal, alleged BROADUS FOODS.

However, Snoop Dogg and Master P argue that after they signed the contract with POST, WALMART and POST both stealthily sought to ensure either no availability or high costs of such product named Snoop Cereal, thus stunting its success.

Snoop Cereal Case : Alleged Collusion of Post and Walmart

But according to the complaint’s allegations, POST has partnered with WALMART to actively hinder the distribution of Snoop Cereal.

The suit alleges that WALMART was also critical in the accused illegal activities, with Snoop Cereal never reaching store shelves despite assurances by the retail giant.

Snoop initially found success in selling the cereal, but then WALMART systematically obstructed its presence in stores. Snoop accused WALMART of falsely claiming the cereal was ‘out-of-stock’, when, in reality, Walmart deliberately withheld it in their storerooms.

Seeking Redress and Accountability

Snoop Dogg and Master P with their attorney Benjamin Crump demand to hold responsible what they believe are retaliatory actions stemming from the refusal by Broadus Foods (owned co-equally by Snoop and Master) to Sell in totality their Company Broadus Foods to POST over many of POST;s; aquiring overtures.

The suit claims that POST and WALMART breached agreements, defrauded them & carried out negligent misrepresentations. It also claims that WALMART interfered and conspired with POST by crafting together to frustrate the success of this Cereal.

In the meantime, both Snoop Dogg and Master P continue to persistently pursue justice. They are trying to bring WALMART and POST’s actions under judicial scrutiny.
