This creative promotion was the result of months of planning. Earlier this year, Burger King conducted a survey to identify the most popular pregnancy cravings. The survey, which included 1,070 women between the ages of 16 and 45, revealed nine popular cravings that pregnant women experience.

These cravings inspired Burger King’s limited “Pregnancy WHOPPERS,” which featured unique combinations such as fried egg and banana, bratwurst and nut-nougat creme, and currywurst and fried herring. While some may view these combinations as unusual, Burger King’s promotion aimed to celebrate and normalize pregnancy cravings, highlighting the importance of indulging in these cravings in a healthy and reasonable manner.
