Some of the most popular Veggies that are safe to eat just Raw include Lettuce, Tomatoes, Carrots, Spinach and Maize. All of these items can be combined to make a Salad that you can eat every day. Raw Vegetables ( organically farmed ) are a fantastic source of Fibre and are incredibly beneficial for digestion. Weight Loss and Fat breakdown depends on your healthy body digestion system.
2. Natural Sources of Sugar
Vegetables are generally known for their low Sugar Content, but they do contain naturally occurring Sugars. Replace White Rice with Brown Rice.
5. Sleep Well
Try to get 8 hours of Sleep each night, even when there are plenty of other things you’d rather do away with your Time. When it involves shedding Weight, this is just as crucial as following a healthy diet. Sleep controls bodily processes like the Metabolic Rate and promotes healthy digestion. This is less of a home treatment and more of a way of life decision. But with a bit of practise, anyone can easily follow this basic process.
